United Defense Tactical is seeking a Sales Representative in Scottsdale, AZ to grow our membership-based training program ahead of our state-of-the-art facility’s launch. You will engage customers, showcase our reality-based simulator, and enroll them in world-class firearms training—empowering civilians, military, and law enforcement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to drive sales.
• Comfort engaging customers and showcasing UDT’s simulator and training value.
• Interest in firearms or self-defense is a bonus—bring that passion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 90-minute training demos, facility tours, and membership pitches to seal the deal.
• Prospect from a database of thousands, filling your calendar with eager leads alongside our marketing funnel.
• Nurture hesitant prospects into committed members with follow‑up finesse.
• Update our CRM daily to track every opportunity and maximize your commissions.
