MAPEI Corporation is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive growth in construction chemicals and building materials. You will demonstrate products, manage a sales pipeline, and present tailored solutions to customers, stressing value and outcomes.

With a base salary range of $80,000–$95,000 plus a performance-based incentive plan, the role offers substantial earning potential tied to net sales attainment. A robust benefits package accompanies this position.

Qualifications

• External sales experience in relevant industry/products.
• Strong knowledge of the assigned market/industry.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Achieve and exceed sales targets as outlined by the Company.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to customers showing value and solutions.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and recommend tailored solutions from MAPEI’s portfolio.
• Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers.
• Present market intelligence to inform product strategy and opportunities.
