Job summary

MAPEI Corporation seeks a dynamic Sales Representative to drive growth in the Vermont region. You will lead hands-on demonstrations, showcase product value with samples, and build strong relationships with key buyers to exceed targets.

You will manage a growing pipeline, gather market insights, and participate in trade shows and customer meetings. The role offers a competitive base salary plus incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• External sales experience with a proven track record in relevant industry/products.
• Strong knowledge of the assigned market/industry.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work independently.
• Proficient in Windows-based PC use, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective and existing customers.
• Build and nurture relationships with purchasing decision-makers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and recommend tailored solutions from MAPEI's portfolio to address customer needs.
• Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers from multiple sources.
• Gather market intelligence on customer preferences, competitive activity, and trends.
• Represent the Company at trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings.
• Maintain a safe workspace and adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as required.
