Cesna Group, a multinational recruitment firm, is seeking a Korean bilingual Sales Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team in the United States.

You will source and interview talent, advise clients on hiring strategy, and close placements while promoting Cesna's data-driven approach and DEI commitments. English and Korean fluency are required, MBA preferred, with strong communication skills and goal orientation.

Qualifications

Bilingual English and Korean; MBA preferred.
Experience in sales or recruiting field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage end-to-end interview processes and client negotiations.

Responsibilities

Source candidates via headhunting, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
Conduct candidate interviews (phone, video, and onsite).
Manage end-to-end interview processes between candidates and clients.
Advise clients on hiring strategies and talent needs.
Present and promote qualified candidates to clients.
Extend offers and close placements; build client relationships.
