Job summary

REDAR is seeking a Sales Administrator – Special Projects to support the Director of Sales and Programs. You will handle quote support, sales order processing, and tracking customer-furnished materials, collaborating with procurement and project managers across the organization.

Ideal candidates will have strong data-entry accuracy, attention to detail, and a good understanding of our procedures. This on-site role offers a 4-1/2 day-leaning shift with occasional Friday work and holidays.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Highly proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Preferred experience in customer service and clerical/administrative duties.
• US Government contracting knowledge and experience with government portals.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining customer account records and ensuring accurate data entry.
• Supporting quote administration by creating and maintaining quote logs and files, and assisting Project Managers with quotes as needed.
• Entering and managing sales orders, verifying documents, coordinating with internal teams, initiating tooling requests, publishing listing sheets, and processing change requests.
