Job summary

CreativeMC, located in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a proactive Sales Assistant to join our team in the Financial District. You will create quotes and POs, track shipping and fulfillment, and support two Brand Stylists while building relationships with hundreds of vendor partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2 years in an administrative role requiring high-level computer skills.
• 2+ years in internal and external customer service.
• Fast-paced project management experience with strong organizational skills.
• Solid numerical and analytical thinking; strategic mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; personable.

Responsibilities

• Serves as point of contact on assigned projects; performs a variety of tasks.
• Under Brand Stylist direction, prepares purchase orders and product information for clients.
• Manages product production cycle; tracks vendor receipt, production dates, shipping timelines and proofs.
• Enters ongoing transaction data using Salesforce; maintains quote documentation.
• Responds to client project inquiries and communicates delays to Brand Stylists and management.
• Interacts with sales, finance, and warehouse teams; supports broader business needs.
