Job summary

Reside Network in San Francisco is seeking a talented Sales Assistant/Project Manager to manage day-to-day operations for a thriving real estate business. You will act as the primary liaison between the lead agent and service providers, keeping projects on track and enhancing client experiences.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree. This is a part-time independent contractor role with potential evening and weekend hours. Compensation varies based on experience with performance-based bonuses and commission potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a real estate or similarly fast-paced industry.
• Can effectively organize, prioritize & juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Lives in SF, has reliable car with valid CA license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Keep the day-to-day moving smoothly as the primary liaison between top agent and his team.
• Help drive longer term internal projects & business goals.
• Manage the process & calendar for each listing from disclosures to closing.
