Job summary

Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Account Specialist to support sales, orders, and project coordination within a fast-paced team in Illinois. You will collaborate with internal groups, prepare quotes, process orders in CRM/ERP, and coordinate customer interactions, training visits, and follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree (marketing or similar) with some experience or 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience with quoting and costing (materials, labor, overhead).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and proficiency in Excel.
• Prior office or administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and project management activities, including lead tracking, order processing, and customer communication.
• Prepare quotes, sales orders, and maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems.
• Coordinate customer interactions, training visits, and follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
• Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and internal meetings.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and sales data.
• Support marketing efforts, events, and trade show preparation.
