Advanced Process Solutions LLC is seeking an organized, customer-focused Inside Sales Coordinator to support our commercial operations. This role manages the full quote-to-order cycle, keeps our CRM current, and serves as a responsive link between customers and internal teams.

The right candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple open opportunities in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in inside sales support, estimating, or customer service in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple open quotes and customer requests simultaneously.
• CRM proficiency required; experience with ERP or MRP systems a strong plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable working directly with customers and outside sales reps.
• Detail-oriented, self-directed, and proactive in following up and closing open items.
• Familiarity with specialty plastics, process equipment, or industrial components is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track incoming leads through the sales pipeline; ensure timely follow-up on all open opportunities.
• Prepare competitive quotations and follow up with customers to move proposals to close.
• Process and enter sales orders accurately; coordinate handoff to operations for execution.
• Maintain CRM system; keep customer contacts, activities, and pipeline data current.
• Track open sales orders from entry through delivery; proactively communicate status updates to customers.
• Serve as a responsive point of contact between customers and internal teams.
• Support outside sales representatives with quotes, documentation, and customer communications.
