Sterling Engineering is hiring a Sales & Project Coordinator in Addison, IL to manage customer inquiries, quotes, and project flow from initial inquiry to completion. You will work closely with estimators, coordinate schedules, and ensure accurate CRM records.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in customer service or coordination, strong communication, and CRM experience (HubSpot preferred). This full-time, on-site role offers a robust benefits package and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, sales coordination or project coordination.
• Strong customer-facing experience with CRM systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and basic math.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary point of contact for customers and inquiries.
• Follow up on inquiries, estimates, quotes, and proposals.
• Support 100–120 incoming leads per month with three estimators.
• Clarify project requirements, timelines, and expectations with customers.
• Prepare estimates, proposals and project documentation.
• Coordinate schedules, product availability, and deliveries with internal teams.
• Track progress, deadlines, and outstanding requests in CRM.
• Participate in weekly project meetings and report outstanding items.
• Resolve customer concerns to keep projects moving forward.
