LL Flooring is seeking a Sales & Product Specialist to support store managers in daily sales, operations, and customer care. This entry-level role focuses on helping the team hit sales goals and delivering excellent service to customers.

You will assist customers with flooring choices, maintain store and warehouse standards, and engage in proactive selling to drive business. Training is provided to grow product knowledge and sales skills.
