Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a proactive Product Sales Specialist trainer to lead customer-focused service and product knowledge initiatives. You will guide store teams in delivering exceptional experiences and a thorough understanding of our flooring products.

You will facilitate certifications, oversee merchandising, pricing, and showfloor presentation while supporting a fast-paced retail environment and helping customers select the right solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process checkouts using the POS system and handle returns per guidelines.
• Stock, tag, and present merchandise with clear signage.
• Provide training and direction to Product Sales Specialists on retail fundamentals.
• Communicate SOPs and updates to store associates.
