Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Specialist to train Product Sales Specialists and ensure outstanding shopping experiences. You will lead by example, teach the basics of retail philosophy, and maintain product knowledge and store presentation.

Responsibilities include customer assistance, POS processing, price/tag accuracy, and contributing to a fast-paced, safety-conscious team environment with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience, or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a helpful, courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Process transactions at POS and handle refunds per guidelines.
• Stock and tag displays; create price tags and signs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and basic training to others.
• Communicate SOPs and changes to associates in a timely manner.
