UL Solutions seeks a Sales Admin Coordinator to engage customers by phone or email, handling inquiries and admin tasks. You will coordinate pre- and post-sale activities to ensure TIC certification timelines and product adoption, and you will develop quotes using standardized pricing tools.

You’ll support account managers and SE/ISEs, process quotes into orders in ERP, and connect customers with UL personnel. Strong MS Office and CRM skills are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• MS Office and CRM software experience.
• Understanding of sales processes and business acumen.
• Good communication and administrative skills.
• English proficiency preferred.

Mansioni

• Address inquiries via phone or email and handle admin tasks.
• Prepare quotes and use pricing tools; convert quotes to orders in ERP.
