Qualifications

• Willingness to travel within the designated territory and meet required insurance coverage minimums.
• Bring-your-own-device (BYOD) compliance as per policy.
• Execution of Employment Agreement as provided for review before signing.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong customer relationships in the territory to identify opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Proactively reach potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly routes and priorities to drive territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products and explain value to customers, emphasizing American-made products.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas through company programs and trainings.
• Reporting: Keep accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
