Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and generate sales revenue in the designated territory.

You will manage relationships, prospect new business, and meet sales goals through our proven programs. This role offers uncapped commissions and a first-year compensation plan of $55,000 to $95,000 in the United States. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel within the territory while maintaining required insurance.
• BYOD device usage must comply with policy.
• Must execute Employment Agreement and any revised exhibit prior to execution.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call on potential customers in the territory to grow a book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Efficiently plan week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products to potential customers to show value and quality.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas by following proven programs and processes from training.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
