Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative to engage with existing and prospective customers in Biloxi, MS. You will promote products and services and drive revenue in an assigned territory.

This role offers uncapped commissions, a first-year compensation plan of $55,000 to $95,000, and a benefits package including medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401k and a deferred compensation plan. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Relationship management with customers in a designated territory.
• Cold calling to grow a book of business.
• Efficient weekly planning to prioritize stops and growth.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and value of American-made products.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas through proven programs and training.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong customer relationships in the territory.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Grow the book of business with new clients.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan week in advance to prioritize stops.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products and communicate value.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas using company programs.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities.
