ADT is seeking a results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team and protect small businesses with our security solutions. You will visit customer sites, explain products, tailor security systems, and work closely with business owners to identify the right options.

The role rewards ongoing relationships, offers uncapped commissions, and training. Travel within a designated territory is required, with mileage reimbursement and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed by location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset; thrives on uncovering new leads and closing deals.
• Strong communicator with the ability to consult customers and guide them to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible; able to learn new systems and approaches.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust: show integrity, empathy, and expertise as a trusted advisor to small business owners.
• Customize each system to fit the business layout and security needs, combining security and life-safety tech.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and strengthen relationships.
• Cultivate new business opportunities: identify and generate new small business leads within your territory.
