Job summary

ADT is seeking a dynamic sales professional to visit small business customers and demonstrate the value of our security and smart business solutions. You will tailor each installation to fit the business and build long-term relationships while expanding our local footprint.

You will earn uncapped commissions with training support and a strong onboarding program, including an eight-week ramp and up to $4,000 training earnings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within designated territory using your own vehicle.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Visit small business customers to demonstrate value of ADT solutions.
• Customize each system to fit business layout and security needs.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to ensure commitments.
• Identify and generate new small business leads within territory.
