Job summary

WillScot in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Sales Representative II to actively pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective customers, and deliver tailored solutions that drive revenue growth.

You will support Territory Sales Managers, perform needs analyses, and maintain our CRM to capture opportunities and activities. This role rewards results with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Degree (Bachelors Preferred).
• 1+ yrs of sales experience, B2B sales, consultative selling and solution selling experience.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, time-sensitive, collaborative environment; prior phone selling success.

Responsibilities

• Support Territory Sales Managers to increase sales and revenue by communicating the WSMM value proposition.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analyses to identify opportunities including WS Essentials offerings.
• Update CRM with customer contacts, accounts, activities, and notes for opportunities.
• Follow KPI goals, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
