RISE Financial is seeking a Sales Representative & Field Trainer in the United States. This dual role combines sales responsibilities with hands-on training to develop new hires and drive business growth in a dynamic, commission-driven environment.

You will engage clients, build relationships, deliver product presentations, and mentor teammates while advancing your own professional development within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience with targets.
• Experience mentoring or training others is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; highly organized.

Responsabilités

• Actively identify and engage potential clients through in-person activity and referrals.
• Build lasting relationships to ensure client retention and repeat business.
• Present, promote and negotiate products and close sales to hit KPIs.
• Deliver training to new hires and mentor team members; support leadership with program improvements.
