RISE Financial is seeking a motivated Sales Representative & Field Trainer to join our team in a hands-on, quota-driven role. You will drive new business in a B2B environment while also developing and mentoring new hires using our proven training methods.

The position entails in-person client engagement, travel within your region, a guaranteed base draw for the first six weeks, and commissions with a fast payout cycle. A health insurance license is optional to obtain after joining.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales with proven ability to meet/exceed targets.
• Prior mentoring/training experience preferred; strong coaching mindset valued.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; strong organization and multitasking skills.

• Identify and engage potential clients through in-person calls, networking, and referrals.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business.
• Present and promote products, negotiate contracts, and close sales while meeting KPIs.
