Job summary

Brothers Eosso Paving LLC is seeking a Sales Representative to identify, develop, and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth in the construction and paving industry.

The ideal candidate understands the full construction process from bidding to project execution and can communicate the company’s capabilities to clients. Prior asphalt industry experience is preferred. Competitive starting salary of 70k-80k plus bonus and commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant past experience in sales.
• Experience as a direct contributor carrying an individual quota, selling construction services (asphalt or concrete) preferred.
• Ability to engage with Manager and Director levels within the organization.
• Experience managing and directing the entire project cycle from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and project management to prepare competitive proposals.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings to promote services.
