Job summary

Brothers Eosso Paving LLC is seeking a Sales Representative to identify, develop, and maintain client relationships in the construction and paving industry. You will drive revenue growth by presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with new and existing clients.

The ideal candidate has prior asphalt or concrete sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate with estimating and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Direct sales experience with quotas is required or highly preferred.
• Experience selling construction services, asphalt or concrete is preferred.
• Ability to engage at Manager and Director levels within customer organizations.
• Experience managing end-to-end project cycles from bid to close.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and project management teams on proposals.
• Provide consultative sales approach and understand client business needs.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with regional opportunities.
• Attend networking events and industry meetings to promote services.
