Job summary

Brothers Eosso Paving LLC is seeking a Results-driven Sales Representative to drive revenue in the construction and paving industry. You will identify and develop client relationships, present proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with estimating, operations, and project management to win new work.

Prior asphalt/construction sales experience is preferred and travel regionally/nationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant past experience in sales.
• Experience selling construction services, especially asphalt or concrete, is preferred.
• Ability to sell to Manager and Director levels within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth within the construction and paving industry.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and project management teams to prepare accurate and competitive proposals.
• Engage with clients regularly to understand upcoming projects, challenges, and long-term needs.
• Build and maintain a consistently strong sales pipeline.
