Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking an experienced Consultant in Sales Performance Management to apply expertise in sales planning and incentive compensation management on Anaplan and Varicent, driving front-office strategy and profitability for clients.

You will manage workshops, advise executives, and collaborate with onshore and offshore teams in fast-paced agile settings, leveraging industry knowledge across financial services, technology, healthcare and life sciences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Sales Performance Management domain experience in industries such as insurance, banking, software & platforms, or life sciences.
• 2+ years of management or technology consulting experience with engagement management and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales transformations focusing on sales planning and incentive compensation management using Anaplan or Varicent.
• Manage client relationships at management and solution-architect levels, facilitate workshops, and build business cases.
