Qualifications

• 3+ years of Sales Performance Management domain experience in sales planning and incentive compensation management.

• Lead and design sales planning and incentive compensation management initiatives on Anaplan and/or Varicent.
• Facilitate workshops, develop business recommendations, and build business cases for sales performance use cases.
• Manage client relationships from consultant to solution architect level in fast-paced environments.
