The role will cover for Territory Managers and transition to a full Territory Manager in 9–12 months, with training starting in 2027 for graduates.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
• Foodservice/culinary/restaurant management/hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build internal and external relationships and cold call to develop new business.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Competitive spirit and results driven mentality.
• Problem solving ability / Organization and negotiation skills.
• Team up mentality to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Office products – Experience using CRM tools preferred (i.e., Salesforce).

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage established and new customers, selling food and non-food items to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Own the customer relationship and engage customers in value-added activities.
• Coordinate with internal resources to maximize top penetration opportunities and new accounts opening.
• Drive deliveries and support order fulfillment, including handling routing and credit coordination.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to maintain relationships and close business.
