This entry-level program covers for Territory Managers and leads toward a full Territory Manager role within 9 to 12 months, with a comprehensive training program beginning in 2027. The role includes field visits, deliveries, and relationship building.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
• Foodservice or hospitality background preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop internal and external relationships and cold call to develop new business.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Competitive, results-driven mindset.
• Problem solving, organization and negotiation skills.
• Team-oriented with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient computer skills; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship within a team-based selling model.
• Manage deliveries according to the routing schedule and troubleshoot order issues.
• Communicate and collect accounts receivable as needed with the credit team.
• Leverage resources to support top opportunities and new accounts.
• Develop new business via market intelligence, directories, leads, and trade events.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions, products, and competitors; share insights with customers.
• Occasionally drive to customer locations to ensure product delivery.
