Job summary

CCINTEGRATION INC in San Jose, CA is seeking a Sales Operations Administrator II to provide advanced administrative and logistical support to the sales team. You will coordinate onboarding, manage data and delivery timelines, and assist with planning, procurement, and project management for BOM, ECO, Deviations, and MCO.

You will train other team members, handle escalations, support inventory, orders, and backlog, and collaborate with customers, sales, finance, and management.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role (inside sales, customer service).
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Experience with at least one ERP/MRP system.
• At least one year of SAP experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and pivot tables.
• Detail oriented, quick learner, good communicator, and follows instructions.
• Ambitious, business-minded, organized and proactive.
• Comfortable with technology and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative and logistical support for new client onboarding.
• Manage data, resources, and delivery timelines for assigned customers.
• Assist with planning and procurement to meet customer requirements.
• Provide project management support for BOM, ECO, Deviations, and MCO.
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams; handle escalations.
• Perform order entry and modification; support inventory management.
• Handle client returns and backlog review for assigned customers.
• Coordinate customer meetings and facility visits; prepare presentations.
• Train and support other Sales Operations team members on systems and processes.
