Job summary

ITS Logistics, LLC is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead successful customer onboarding and implementations. You will coordinate with operations, IT, and account teams, learning the onboarding process and operating independently with minimal direction.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and supply chain knowledge, with flexibility for travel to client campuses for extended onboarding support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience with WMS experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking to analyze complex problems.
• Ability to balance multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Develop business relationships with internal and external customers.
• Think strategically with analytical reports and processes.
• Understanding of receiving and picking in the supply chain.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all tactical aspects of customer onboarding and system/operational implementations.
• Serve as the floor-level resource for operations, account management, and IT.
• Collaborate with WMS specialists and lead basic user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Implement BRD-guided tasks and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Facilitate transition of new customers to operations and account teams after launch.
• Travel to client campuses for extended onboarding support as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
