Job summary

RecorGroup seeks a Sales Operations Specialist to ensure accurate execution of sales strategies and administrative tasks. You will collaborate with the sales team, clients, and retailers to boost efficiency and revenue growth.

You will handle client promotions, contract workflows, EDI orders, and data-driven tasks while supporting relationships and presentations. This role emphasizes proactive process improvement and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 3 years administrative experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Or a combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees client promotions, contracts, and the promotional planner.
• Manages submission and upkeep of new customer items.
• Creates workflows to deliver contract requests to business managers promptly.
• Interfaces with manufacturer customer service teams.
• Supports client relationships and execution of sales strategies.
• Manages EDI order processing.
• Manages claims and deductions.
• Assists in creating sales presentations.
• Works within client’s proprietary systems.
• Supports client planning sessions ensuring alignment between brand partners and retailers.
• Collaborates with sales and analytics to deliver results.
• Completes projects by setting objectives, priorities, and timelines.
• Keeps skills up-to-date via courses, publications, and networks.
• Identifies opportunities to streamline sales operations.
• Takes ownership of new and diverse requests.
• Explores opportunities to add value.
• Performs other duties as required.
