Job summary

MDVIP, a national leader in personalized healthcare, seeks a Sales Operations Specialist to support the sales organization with operational, administrative, and analytical tasks. You will manage collateral and inventory, maintain CRM data, and help plan physician recruitment events.

Collaborating with marketing, physician services, data operations, and the survey team, you will ensure accurate reporting, streamlined processes, and efficient day-to-day operations for a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, including advanced features.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience with a CRM database (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with field sales to identify target markets and support recruitment strategies.
• Manage marketing collateral and inventory; liaise with print vendors and fulfillment partners.
• Build attendee lists for physician recruitment events and track registration.
• Maintain the intranet content library with current resources for sales reps.
• Manage referral processing and reporting.
• Maintain competitive intelligence documentation to support strategy.
• Handle corporate expenses and credit card transactions.
• Maintain the sales CRM and ensure data integrity across records.
• Prepare and distribute sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts.
• Coordinate physician mailings and assist with event planning and weekend rotations.
• Identify and implement process improvements across sales operations workflows.
