Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of marketing, business, or sales operations experience.
• Demonstrated experience scaling operations, designing automated workflows, or implementing AI-based planning tools.

Responsabilités

• Own and evolve the marketing operations engine, building streamlined workflows, smart automation, and turnkey delivery capabilities that scale with growing demand.
• Lead the shift from reactive fulfillment to forward-looking supply management through AI-based inventory projections and proactive demand planning.
• Reimagine the ordering experience for physicians and internal staff — continuously simplifying and improving the ecosystem so every stakeholder gets what they need, faster.
• Drive high-impact initiatives from start to finish — owning project management, timelines, budgets, and outcomes for marketing programs.
• Find and capture meaningful savings by identifying cost-saving opportunities across vendors, processes, and technology — turning operational efficiency into bottom-line impact.
