Job summary

SPR Therapeutics Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to support the Sales Team and improve field efficiency. You will leverage Salesforce for accounts, orders, and quotas, ensure data accuracy, and coordinate with Quality and Accounting for cases and invoicing.

The role involves shipments, trunk stock management, and collaboration with patient data teams. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support regionally assigned Sales Team members to ensure field success.
• Maximize use of CRM (Salesforce) for accounts, contacts, and orders.
• Ensure Salesforce data accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with Quality and Accounting for cases, PO approvals, and invoicing.
• Support product shipments and inventory management for the field.
• Lead weekly data review meetings with Regional Sales Managers.
