Job summary

Jobgether, partnering with a US-based AI infrastructure company, is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to build scalable revenue operations from the ground up. You will own CRM optimization, forecasting analytics, deal desk processes, and sales planning, partnering across Sales, Customer Success, Supply Operations, Legal, and Finance.

In this role, you will deploy AI-powered tools to streamline reporting, improve pipeline visibility, and drive data-driven decisions that accelerate revenue growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations in high-growth B2B.
• Proven CRM ownership including architecture, workflows, and data quality.
• Ability to design scalable processes for forecasting, deal routing, and compensation.
• Comfort with ambiguity and self-driven execution.
• Experience with AI-powered tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize HubSpot including architecture, data hygiene, automations, and integrations.
• Build dashboards, forecasts, and weekly pipeline review reporting.
• Design and manage deal routing, ownership frameworks, and contracting workflows.
• Partner with Sales and Finance on capacity planning and compensation modeling.
• Identify and implement AI-powered tools to reduce manual work in reporting and forecasting.
• Collaborate across Sales, Supply Operations, Legal, and Finance to remove bottlenecks.
• Establish repeatable processes and operating standards to scale revenue growth.
