Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce and Docomotion, troubleshoot user issues and drive adoption.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations and resolve system-related issues.
• Identify training needs and develop learning materials, guides, videos, and simulations.
• Deliver user training and support change-management initiatives to align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to improve processes and user experiences.
