• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, and Google/Microsoft Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization across priorities.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for incoming requests via Sales Ops channels.
• Own and maintain internal Knowledgebase; keep it accurate and useful.
• Develop proficiency in Salesforce reporting and data management.
• Maintain data integrity across platforms so teams can trust data.
• Support report/dashboard creation and delivery to stakeholders.
• Assist with data mining assets and third-party data integration.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership and analysts on initiatives and projects.
• Learn and own a growing suite of sales tools and troubleshoot as needed.
