Job summary

UBC seeks a Sr. Manager, Sales Operations to provide strategic and operational support across sales analytics, technology stack, and go-to-market execution. You will oversee data models, dashboards, and reporting that drive pipeline visibility and sales effectiveness.

The role partners with Outside Sales, Marketing, and Lead Generation to optimize processes, implement advanced tools, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. Remote US-based with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, or 3–5 years with a Master’s degree.
• Expert with CRM, CMS, and marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable data models, dashboards, and analytics tools.
• Manage end-to-end sales analytics process (data sourcing, cleaning, modeling, validation).
• Partner with senior team members to shape recommendations for new tech and data sources.
• Develop predictive models to forecast trends and drive sales optimization.
• Translate analyses into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Ensure adherence to lead-gen processes and cross-functional handoffs.
• Align with marketing on database segmentation and lead-gen measurement.
