Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Sales Operations & Business Analytics Specialist to improve CRM operations, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and business reporting.

The role focuses on turning sales data into actionable insights and scalable processes, building dashboards and models to support leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate across departments to drive revenue growth through data-driven decisions in a remote, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or related roles.
• Experience with CRM platforms; HubSpot preferred.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with SQL and/or BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Knowledge of forecasting, data modeling, and sales analytics.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CRM operations, data quality, workflows, and reporting.
• Monitor sales pipelines and support forecasting.
• Build dashboards and analyze sales performance, conversion, and quota attainment.
• Develop forecasting models using historical and predictive data.
• Support sales tools, processes, and CRM improvements.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis for KPIs, incentives, lead generation, and business operations.
