Job summary

CHG Healthcare is seeking a Process & Technology Specialist to join the Sales Operations team. You will own day-to-day CRM administration, build KPI dashboards, and lead automation and AI tool adoption to improve sales workflows.

You will coordinate with product and engineering teams, support platform rollouts, and maintain documentation. A strong background in CRM, dashboards, and AI-driven process improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales operations, CRM administration, or related technical support.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or information systems, or equivalent experience.
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Claude (or similar AI) for workflow automation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CRM administration (Salesforce), including user access, field and workflow maintenance, and data hygiene enforcement.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and inspection tooling for Sales Operations, including margin and productivity dashboards.
• Identify and build process automations across the sales tech stack and support platform rollouts (e.g., FOX to Lightning, CST tool, PST features).
• Lead hands-on execution of AI tool adoption (Claude and others): training, use cases, usage tracking, leadership-facing gaps.
• Serve as the tier-1 liaison to CHG product and engineering teams for rollout coordination and UAT participation, escalating to leadership as needed.
• Maintain process documentation and SOPs for administered systems.
