Qualifications

Responsibilities

Evaluate CRM workflows, sales processes, pipeline management, and automation logic.
Document existing sales processes, identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Provide real-world CRM scenarios, feedback based on best practices.
Review, analyze, and annotate CRM records, data, and workflows to support AI training.
Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and relevance.
Contribute to CRM content and training materials.
Assess data quality and identify inconsistencies and gaps.
Recommend actions to improve CRM adoption and workflow efficiency.
Collaborate with teams to refine CRM datasets and evaluation criteria.
