Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced CRM Operations Specialists to contribute to a project focused on optimizing sales operations and CRM processes. You will apply practical expertise in CRM platforms, sales processes, automation, and data management to help improve AI systems.

No prior AI experience is required—your CRM and sales operations expertise matters most. You will evaluate workflows, annotate CRM data, and validate AI outputs against real-world scenarios, collaborating with project teams

Qualifications

• Evaluate CRM workflows, sales processes, pipeline management, and automation logic.
• Document existing sales operations processes, identifying workflow inefficiencies, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide real-world CRM scenarios, examples, and feedback based on industry best practices in sales operations and enablement.
• Review, analyze, and annotate CRM records, data, workflows, and user interactions to support AI training objectives.
• Evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with real-world sales and CRM operations.
• Review and contribute to documentation, process guides, training materials, and other CRM-related content.
• Assess CRM data quality and identify inconsistencies, duplication, missing information, and process gaps.
• Provide actionable recommendations for improving CRM adoption, workflow efficiency, automation, and sales process consistency.
• Collaborate with project teams and reviewers to refine CRM-related datasets, scenarios, and AI evaluation criteria.
