Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a skilled CRM Operations Specialist to contribute to optimizing sales operations and CRM processes. You will apply practical expertise in CRM platforms, sales workflows, automation, and data management to support AI training and real-world applicability.

No prior AI experience is required; your CRM and sales operations expertise matters most. You will document processes, review data for quality, and provide actionable feedback to improve CRM adoption and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM operations, sales operations, revenue operations, or related field; demonstrated expertise in Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows, sales pipelines, automation, lead management, opportunity management, and customer data processes.
• Experience optimizing sales processes, implementing CRM automations, and maintaining high CRM data integrity.
• Familiarity with additional platforms such as Close, Apollo, Salesloft, Intercom, Freshdesk, Shopify, Crayon, or Funnel is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide expert input on CRM workflows, sales processes, pipeline management, and automation logic using Salesforce, HubSpot, and similar tools.
• Document existing sales operations processes, identify workflow inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide real-world CRM scenarios, examples, and feedback based on industry best practices in sales operations and enablement.
• Review, analyze, and annotate CRM records, data, workflows, and user interactions to support AI training objectives.
• Evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with real-world sales and CRM operations.
• Review and contribute to documentation, process guides, training materials, and CRM-related content.
• Assess CRM data quality and identify inconsistencies, duplication, missing information, and process gaps.
• Provide actionable recommendations for improving CRM adoption, workflow efficiency, automation, and sales process consistency.
• Collaborate with project teams to refine CRM datasets, scenarios, and AI evaluation criteria.
