Job summary

CHG Healthcare is seeking a Process & Technology Specialist to join the Sales Operations team. You will own Salesforce CRM administration, build KPI dashboards, and lead automation and AI tool adoption to improve sales processes. The role reports to the Director of Business Operations and supports platform rollouts and data hygiene across the organization.

We offer a pay range reflective of U.S. markets, with compensation including base salary and incentives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM administration, or related technical support.
• Bachelor or equivalent in business, information systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CRM administration (Salesforce), including user access and data hygiene.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and inspection tooling for Sales Operations.
• Lead automation initiatives across the sales tech stack and support platform rollouts.
• Lead AI tool adoption, train users, and document use cases.
• Coordinate rollout with CHG product/engineering teams and participate in UAT.
• Maintain process docs and SOPs for administered systems.
