Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a remote CRM Operations Specialist to contribute to optimizing sales operations and CRM processes. You will apply hands-on experience with CRM platforms, data management, and process automation to inform AI-driven improvements and validate outputs against real-world scenarios.

You will document workflows, review data quality, and provide practical recommendations to enhance CRM adoption, pipeline efficiency, and sales enablement across projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM operations, sales operations, or revenue operations.
• Proven expertise with Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows, sales pipelines, automation, and data processes.
• Experience optimizing sales processes and maintaining data integrity.
• Familiarity with additional platforms such as Close, Apollo, Salesloft, Intercom, Freshdesk, Shopify, Crayon, or Funnel.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• No formal degree required; practical CRM expertise is key.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate CRM workflows, sales processes, pipeline management, and automation logic using Salesforce/HubSpot.
• Document existing sales operations processes and identify inefficiencies.
• Provide real-world CRM scenarios and feedback based on best practices in sales operations and enablement.
• Review and annotate CRM records, data, workflows, and user interactions to support AI training.
• Evaluate and validate AI outputs for accuracy and relevance to real-world CRM operations.
• Contribute to documentation, guides, and training materials.
• Assess CRM data quality and identify inconsistencies, duplicates, missing information, and gaps.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve CRM adoption and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with project teams to refine CRM datasets, scenarios, and evaluation criteria.
