Job summary

CHG Healthcare, a leading healthcare staffing group, seeks a Process & Technology Specialist to support CompHealth’s Sales Operations. You will own Salesforce admin, build KPI dashboards, and drive automation across the sales tech stack, including AI tooling adoption, to improve productivity.

The role reports to the Director of Business Operations and requires 3+ years in sales operations or related tech support, with a Bachelor’s degree and Salesforce experience. Flexible work options available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales/business operations or related technical support.
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field.
• Preferred Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Hands-on Claude experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CRM administration (Salesforce), including user access, field and workflow maintenance, and data hygiene enforcement.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and inspection tooling for margins and productivity.
• Identify and build process automations across the sales tech stack and support new platform rollouts.
• Lead hands-on execution of AI tool adoption (Claude and others): training, use cases, tracking usage, surfacing gaps.
• Serve as the tier-1 liaison to CHG product and engineering for rollout coordination and UAT participation.
• Maintain process documentation and SOPs for the systems this role administers.
