Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is currently seeking a Customer Experience & Sales Support representative in a Phoenix-area dealership. You will greet customers, present features and financing basics, and assist the sales team throughout the purchasing process.

Responsibilities include following up on leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting paperwork across departments. The role emphasizes teamwork, multi-tasking, and delivering a smooth end-to-end customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, sales and/or retail with a customer-facing focus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow; ability to progress through training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist sales and operations during purchasing with vehicle features, pricing, and financing basics.
• Follow up with internet leads, calls, and showroom guests to nurture relationships.
• Schedule appointments and maintain communication via phone, text, and email.
• Support paperwork including down payments, titles, trade information, and loan documents.
• Maintain vehicle inventory presentation and showroom organization.
• Collaborate with sales and management to meet dealership goals.
