Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates/bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years related work experience in hospitality, sales and/or retail.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license and clean driving record; able to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors with vehicle features, pricing, financing basics, and services.
• Follow up on internet leads and showroom inquiries to nurture relationships.
