Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a customer-focused Sales Support Associate to greet customers, present vehicle features and financing basics, and follow up on leads. You will assist the sales and operations team during the purchasing process and help maintain showroom presentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years related work experience in hospitality, sales, or retail.
• Ability to progress through a multi-phase learning certification for sales and operations.
• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors during purchasing, presenting features, pricing, financing basics, and services.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests.
• Schedule appointments and maintain consistent communication via phone, text, and email.
• Support test drives, vehicle presentations, and customer follow-up activities.
• Assist with processing paperwork including down payments and loan documents.
• Maintain vehicle inventory presentation and showroom organization.
• Collaborate with sales and management to achieve dealership goals.
• Be cross-trained across dealership functions for flexibility.
